    Made the eggsplosion. Took a thick slice, topped it with 2 poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. “I saw God, man!” Homer Simpson would have been proud.

  7. Just got my Big …
    Just got my Big Green Egg last weekend. For my maiden voyage, I smoked a pork belly. The next day, I sliced up the cold leftovers and fried ‘em up like bacon. I thought THAT was decadent until I saw the Bacon Eggslosion! Oh my God… what have I gotten myself into?
