The flavor was very good, but my tongue missed the true sausage flavor. I will buy this again and I have not tried it the BBQPitboys way so that is on the to-do list.
I’m a returning customer to Crown Blue Bison and I’ve purchased this sausage. When I cooked it on the grill it was so lean it didn’t even smoke! That is not a bad thing
