BBQ smoker custom #2 330 gal propane tank 150lb cylinder firebox slideout racks this is one of the best designs for a smoker with the center mounted fire box and dual stacks as you can see in the video little to no fire and 200 degree holding temp you open it up all dampers all the way and your looking @ 400degrees -to even 500 degrees with the same wood and no additives(air/ fuel) in aprox 30min. best design yet lots better than the first smoker going to keep making new ones so keep watching for more good videos
