I have a panel for launching fireworks from a distance. It uses model rocket igniters to set off the fuses. The local hobby store doesn't sell them anymore, so I was thinking of using the electric igniter from a grill to light the fuses instead.

On Food Network they are always using a stove top grill but they use gas cooking, does it work on electric ranges?

I love just steak on the grill, but I use charcoal. A good cut of steak only requires salt and pepper.

lightly rub it with oil, then salt and pepper, place the gill on med high, and sear it, do not flip it more than once, you want a nice crust on it.
