Why is my outdoor gas grill giving only a low blue flame?

The other day it was working fine, putting out an orange flame that heated the entire grill. Today, even on "high," the flame is burning a low blue flame, like a pilot light, which obviously the outdoor grill doesn’t have. how do I fix this? Why is it doing this?

Two things that are possible. One your low on fuel. Second the pressure valve. If you turned the gas tank on and and a burner was turned on this would trigger a safety valve in the pressure regulator. Turn all burners off and also turn the tank off. Now turn on the tank and light the grill. If this fails. Turn everything off disconnect the tank, connect to the tank and see if this works. If this fails you might need to buy a new pressure regulator. Regards, Dale

How could I get along with the jocks? I have this fantasy with jocks throwing a football and taking off their shoes in a December or January morning with the chill in our faces and the sun and the blue sky.

Don’t have a party with him. Your insecurity, inferiority complex is making you do things that are really unnecessary. Be the better person.

How can I tell a neighbor they can not use my outdoor grill?

I live in a house with four other apartments. We all hang out every once in awhile. I recently bought a new grill because I love to BBQ. My neighbors are now coming down everyday asking to use it or sometimes I come home grab the veggie burgers and head outside only to find someone using the grill. How to I tell people not to use it. I don’t feel like I can be rude, but at the same time it’s my grill.

I have an outdoor stainless steel grill. Manufactured by Outdoor Cooking Systems (OCS). The handles are getting harder and harder to turn. Can they be lubed?

If you take them apart to attempt a Lube–you might cause a leak..
So just try a simple spray of Liquid Wrench..let SIT–about 10-minutes and work the KNOBS–to attain some ease of motion..
If that worked to loosen them–wash away the Liquid Wrench and finish with some simple lubricant..
WD-40
3 in 1 oil
CRC
..then keep up a maintainance on them.

I have a large outdoor-grill, the inside needs to be clean really badly , can I take a water hose and clean the inside of the grill without damaging it? By the way it is gas grill.

how to remove all the gunk from a wire brush without having it rust?

I am sitting here with my grand daughter and she said wash it with water. I think she has a great idea being she has just turned 8. To add to her answer if you place the brush in boiling water for short periods of time (to avoid damage to the brush if it is made of wood) it will become clean in no time. Boiling water and steam cleans a number of sufaces and I believe you will be pleased with the results.
