How To Grill a Perfect Burger

Watch this video for a demonstration of “How To Grill a Perfect Burger”. To complete the task, you will need:

85% lean ground chuck
Seasonings
Wax paper

Get started with the first step: Get a butcher to grind chuck beef for you with a 15% fat content. (More fat and it will just drip off the meat and cause fire flare-ups; less and your burger will be dry.) If possible, buy the meat the day youre going to cook it.
