Here’s a great summer time meal. I make two Kabob recipes, one super easy and one a little harder, both with chicken, beef and shrimp. You can just make one and use one meat if you’d like. Try the peanut sauce at the end. it’s super yum.

    =\

cross contamination is a hoax, something that exists in third world countries perhaps. if the meat is fresh then there is nothing to worry about.

you think chinese, indian, or other restraunts care about handling multiple meats with the same utensils and gloves? lol

Love your food. Love you vids and Love you too Yey!!!

As I have traveled Asia a lot. I’m really used to with Salay, but if you really want to go authentic. You would need one more side dish. I’m not sure it’s gonna be your taste or not, but you can try.

This is what they eat together with Salay.

    I am Asian and I …
I am Asian and I have tried many kinds of fish sauce. The best kind to get is the “three crabs” brand. I don’t think it is carried in American stores, but it is definitely better!

I agree, it’s important to keep a separate cutting board for raw meats. These are cooked over a hot fire so it shouldn’t ever be a problem.
