How can I remove the speaker grills on my 2002 Ford Focus ZX5 so I can change the factory speakers?

I have a 2002 Ford Focus ZX5 and I was wondering how to remove the speaker grills (front and rear speakers) so I can install new speakers. Would I have to completely remove the door cover or can I just take the grills out? Thank You
