Liberals hate the …
Liberals hate the Second Amendment. The Right to Bear Arms was put into place for two reasons. One, if we are ever invaded by another country, American citizens can defend themselves and their land. That is one reason why we haven’t been invaded by another country is because the world knows if you attack America, you go from fighting a military of 500,000 to fighting 300 million. The second reason is if the government becomes too corrupt, we can remove the members and start over.
BILL BURTON needs …
BILL BURTON needs to be dragged into a dark alley to have some common sense beat into him. He’s an Obama loyalist who would allow the president to do harm and then defend his actions. Burton’s love for Obama (and Communism) is just sickening.

@labcoat31 who …
@labcoat31 who said it was? the obama rep said “for self defence” right before he said “for hunting” every single time.

@Tenjin05 LOL …
@Tenjin05 LOL you’re an idiot.
@NRAMimi I am a …
@NRAMimi I am a little beside myself here, friend… The DEFINITION of “castle doctrine” is the addition of rights to defend yourself inside your home… this is the very MEANING of “castle doctrine”. DEFACTO literally means “by the fact”. The fact is Illinois has additional rights to defend yourself in your home, in fact gives you MORE rights than MOST states (i.e. few states give you protection from being sued inside your home, Illinois is one of them). It has DEFACTO.”castle doctrine”.
The right to keep & …
The right to keep & bear arks is NOT about hunting!!!!
@onexdata That’s …
@onexdata That’s fine, however, it’s not listed as ‘castle doctrine”
@onexdata …
@onexdata Illinois is not listed as one of the 31, and I seen no reference to NRA in the Wikipedia listing of the states. and , I have goggled extensively online, and have found nothing that lists Illinois as a Castle Doctrine state. Illinois may have a general self defense law… that doesn’t mean it has a DEFACTO “castle doctrine”.
@onexdata Nick …
@onexdata Nick Steele….. Its a shame to hear that your dad died in a car crash when you were 19 years old. You have 2 kids and a wife? (or did you get a divorce by now) You say you live in Chicago now, why not New Jersey anymore? Hows your Web Designer business going? (can’t be 2 well with how much time your online) How do you support your 2 kids I wonder….well, It doesn’t matter Keep on dude, you will get yours oneday. ONEXDATA….crappy name btw, but mine sucks 2. Have a good1
@NRAMimi Hmm from …
@NRAMimi Hmm from what you say there I think we totally agree and you are right. My position is that Castle doctrine is not a caveat to self-defense, in that it is a “bonus right”; you get extra rights to self-defense in your “castle”. i.e. If someone steps into your home and indicates they just INTEND to kill you, you can blow them away, where as on the street they would actually have to TRY to kill you. Do you see what I’m saying? We both seem to believe the same thing.
@NRAMimi i don’t …
@NRAMimi i don’t know what wikipedia article you looked at (wipipedia “castle doctrine”), but the truth is the “31 states” list actually came from the NRA, and the NRA includes Illinois, and Illinois is IN FACT one of those 31 states you are referring to, google a map on it; Illinois is there. Check Cornell law school or Rutgers law school for an interpretation of Illinois castle doctrine (720 ILCS 5/) Criminal Code of 1961. The code isn’t that long either, just read it yourself.
@NRAMimi oh my GOD …
@NRAMimi oh my GOD LOL how are you missing this…. wikipedia “castle doctrine”; Illinois *IS ONE OF the 31 states*! How in the is this whizzing past you? google “castle-law-stand-your-ground”. This is widely known fact, this is not in dispute… you amaze me.
@NRAMimi I already …
@NRAMimi I already did, but again here it is, and again, you obviously don’t live here: (720 ILCS 5/) Illinois Criminal Code of 1961
Section 7. Justifiable use of force. Use of deadly force justified if the person reasonably believes they are in danger of death or great physical harm. Use of deadly force justified if the unlawful entry is violent, or the person believes the attacker will commit a felony.
Illinois has no requirement of retreat. (People v. Bush, 111 N.E.2d 326 Ill. 1953).
@Tenjin05 hahahaha. …
@Tenjin05 hahahaha. Hypocrisy knows no bounds with the idiot.
@onexdata thats all …
@onexdata thats all you got? Mom jokes? How sad you are little man. U must be 16 years old! (please tell me if I am wrong, we would all love 2 know how old you are.) You are such a waste of a human being, its funny. Your life evolves around this stupid youtube video. Have a great life kid, keep sucking dick like we ALL know you do : O P.S Turn on Rachel “Madcow” Maddow, her tow-truck driving lesbianism might suit you more
@LT1HILLINGHOE …
@LT1HILLINGHOE Onexdata is not 1. a gun store owner 2. a gun owner 3. conservative White? Maybe.
But he’s not a gunowner, gunowners arent as stupid as he is concerning Obamas record on guns
@onexdata wow, …
@onexdata wow, there is a reason its called CASTLE doctrine, as in “someone’s home is their castle”. You have self defense right anywhere, but in your own home, its called Castle Doctrine. It’s NOT castle doctrine to shoot someone in an alley, self defense or not. THAT is the caveat.
@onexdata …
@onexdata Illinois has no doctrine law, even the source you gave, Wikipedia, says so. of 31 states, Illinois is not listed.
@onexdata Nope. …
@onexdata Nope. Illinois has no castle doctrine law. and the reference you made above, Wikipedia, says so. it’s not one of the 31 states listed that has one.
@onexdata Um, …
@onexdata Um, Wikipedia does not, because I checked. Illinois has no castle doctrine law. If they do, please show us the state law.
@NRAMimi OH MY GOD …
@NRAMimi OH MY GOD I am laughing so hard right now… Yes, PC has “researched” that Illinois DOESN’T EVEN HAVE a castle doctrine!! She is a clueless idiot. You think anyone in Illinois is just “fucked” if someone breaks into our houses? How stupid are you, honestly? Are you smoking crack?
