Will in indoor grill make the meat taste as good as an outdoor grill?

What is the difference?

No, an indoor grill will not come close to a charcoal outdoor grill. You can’t use charcoal with an indoor grill. The charcoal gives the meat/veggies that great smokey flavor people LOVE! You can use some liquid smoke on your meat/veggies and put it on a indoor grill, but it still won’t hold a candle to good ‘ole outdoor charcoal grill cooking.

  3. No, it wouldnt be the same, but I use my GEORGE FORMAN GRILL, in the winter, it does a pretty good job.(as long as you dont over kill your meat, like i do.)

  4. Yes, but they tend to smoke up the house.
I store my BBQ by the back door and if I want to pre grill something will take it out there.

I have a gas grill, charcoal however will impart a smokier flavour, so it will taste different. It will be a personal decision about the smokier flavour

Next barbie might fire up both and see if the charcoal is as good

Sweetie, yes it will. The only difference is you dont have to put up with the bugs. That is the thing for me.I own a grill pan,and they are very handy. Not only in the summer time with bugs, but winter time with the cold weather. There may be a slight difference as you arent using the charcoal which gives it the smoke flavor. You certainly can give your food that smokey flavor.Simply, add a drop or two(Literally,as it is strong) of liquid smoke to any marinade or basting liquid.I find that a grill pan is well worth the investment. It pays for itself a million times over.Have a good night, and good luck hun.
