  23. Baked Potato, cut in half with an onion slice in center, then cover in foil and grill until tender…..while the 1" NY strip cooks…then corn on the cob (still in husk) slowly roasts….My hubby’s a great griller!

    I wish we had a grill…it’s hotter than blue blazes and muggy besides and I SO don’t want to turn on the stove. I might just tell the girls to rummage the refrigerator on their own for once and save myself the heat and stress and dishes.

    well i’m not grilling tonight but usually when we (my family) does we make grilled chicken breast and grilled vegetables (carrots, squash, onion, and bell pepper)

  28. Well not tonight, but tomorrow.

    Flank steak, with a mix of Montreal steak grill seasoning and Montreal BBQ seasonings, served sliced on garlic bread with grilled onions and sliced roasted red peppers. maybe some shredded mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on the side (depends if we have any in the house.)

    Corn on the cob, but the butter has paprika and garlic mixed in — place the butter on the corn, wrap in foil, grill.

    Beef Teriyaki with grilled pineapple, or Spansih Spice-Rubbed Chicken. Maybe I’ll just stick with Hot dogs and Hamburgers though. WHo knows?

  33. pork tenderloin (that’s currently marinating in apple ale and onions), sliced yukon gold potatoes and corn on the cob. After that, grilled pound cake and grilled pineapple with caramel sauce and whipped cream (not grilling those though…) LOL

  34. grilled lake caught catfish and striped bass with lemon pepper. We’re also having wild west coleslaw (shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced apples, chopped walnuts, handful of raisins, dill pickle salad cubes, 1 cup light mayo)
    also having grilled corn on the cob with lemon pepper. Everything is good with lemon pepper!
